Revise - Reset and Lose Your Regain
Together we take the next step on our journey, where we will embed what works to stop your self sabotaging and change your habits to drop any regain and set you up for sustainable success. With weekly 1 hour zoom sessions at 7pm Tuesdays, all recorded for you, for lifelong access. Join this safe empowering community for just $500. The programme will run for 3 months, but the group will continue forever.
This 12 week programme is for those who have already completed the Mind Empowerment programme.
Slipping into default habits?
As a WLS peep myself, I walk this journey every day. I know the tools, I know what to do and yet at times I slip back into default habits and experience regain.I have lost 10+ kgs of regain 3 times over my 9 years post op. I want to share with you how I did this in a non-diet culture, holistic way.
I figured if I have struggled at times to stay on track and I eat, breathe, work, sleep the healthy bariatric lifestyle and I know the tools, techniques and strategies inside out … there must be others in my community who are struggling too.
A safe, supportive tribe of people in the same space
We heal in community, not in isolation. So doing the work together and creating a supportive tribe who get it and who have empathy & compassion but who are also doing the work and want gentle accountability is why this programme is here.
Access for Life
All recordings, handouts and other resources will be uploaded into a special Facebook group formed for only those on the Lose Your Regain programme which will continue as a support community for you long after the official programme and Zoom sessions have finished.
I will remind you of the basic tools and redirect you to the sessions in Mind Empowerment for more detailed revision if needed as I will be focusing our Zoom sessions and this programme on sharing the mind shifts and emotional regulation needed to use the tools rather than me teaching the tools.
What's covered
We will cover personal triggers, our unhelpful habits, obviously snacking and grazing being the primary ones but also any of the other fundamentals that you may or may not be utilising as required. Together we will address emotional eating, head hunger and dealing with busy or worrying brains that overthink and sort out any other thought patterns that trip us up like ‘all or nothing’ thinking, catastrophising, justifying or simply procrastinating.
I will weave in the tools, strategies and techniques for our Mind, Body and Soul in a way that enables you to create your own best practices for sustainable success.
